Within FNB at the third layer we have a number of segments aligned with our customer markets:
- Consumer: caters for the needs of individual customers earning up to R 350 000 p/a
- Premium: caters for the needs of individual customers earning R 350 000 p/a and above
- Business: banking solutions for small and medium enterprises
- FNB International: International Banking is the combination of all banking operations in countries outside of South Africa. Our international footprint includes operations in the following countries: Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho, Tanzania and Mozambique, Ghana and FirstRand India
Across the segments supporting FNB wide operations are the functions of:
- Human Resources;
- Information Technology;
Each one of these areas is represented by an individual on the FNB Exco
